Under the theme *Museum Storages: Current Situation and New Challenges,* the event will be based on a recent survey carried out by ICOM on the current situation of fine art storage around the world. As [we highlighted previously on the Clé Blog](https://www.clereserva.com/en/63-dos-museus-da-america-latina-e-caribe-nao-tem-reservas-tecnicas-adequadas/) , the study revealed that 63% of museums in Latin America and the Caribbean do not have adequate fine art storage. The survey was carried out by ICOM's Working Group on Museum Storage, which includes the participation of **Alessandra Labate Rosso** , partner at Clé Reserva Contemporânea, who will represent the company at the meeting. The event will take place at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Around 100 speakers from all over the world are confirmed to take part in the plenary and in parallel sessions covering themes such as the current condition and organisation of storage facilities, management solutions, new storage facilities and the future role of collections in museums. Among the speakers, the Brazilian museologist Bruno Brulon Soares is already confirmed. The programme also includes technical visits – including to the warehouse of [Chenue](https://www.chenue.com/) in Le Bourget, a 24,000 square metre facility specialising in the storage of artworks on the outskirts of Paris. The French company, the leading international reference in fine art logistics, is a partner of Clé Reserva Contemporânea in Brazil.
