Curated by Daniel Rangel, the exhibition occupies the centre's Exhibition Space, located on Avenida Paulista, with installations using varied techniques and media, produced by Jungle over the last 45 years – including works created especially for the exhibition. The logistics of the exhibition relied on the work of [Art Quality](https://artquality.com.br/) , a partner company of Clé Reserva Contemporânea, specialising in art transport. “The set of works on display visually resonates like a rock opera with distinct moods and nuances that vary along the installation-score. The noisy density of the works in the space emanates concepts inherent to his production of more than forty-five years, yet without aspiring to account for the whole of it. Expansions are still necessary, including online actions, projections on building façades, film screenings and many conversations with the artist – creator-creature – who is here, after all, here, anything is possible”, says Daniel Rangel. Tadeu Jungle is a multidisciplinary artist who moves between cinema, TV, virtual reality, video art, visual poetry and photography. A graduate of ECA-USP and having spent time at San Francisco State University, he is an heir to Concrete Poetry and since the 1980s has published visual poems in magazines and on digital platforms. Jungle began his career in the mail art movement and experimented with different media, from poetic stickers and graffiti in São Paulo to video works awarded prizes in Brazil and abroad. His video installations can be seen in institutions such as MIS, MAC-USP, Museu do Futebol and Museu do Amanhã, consolidating his name in the contemporary art scene. Over the decades, Jungle expanded his reach, writing about media and communication, creating TV programmes and directing films and documentaries, such as the feature “Amanhã Nunca Mais”. With the arrival of the digital era, he explored new forms of poetry, integrating calligraphy and technology. His project “Foto de Segunda” anticipated social media trends and lasted 14 years. In recent years, his work in virtual reality has earned international awards and recognition at the UN. With works in the collections of MAM-SP, MAC-SP and Instituto Figueiredo Ferraz. The Centro Cultural Fiesp is on Avenida Paulista and can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm. ## Enjoying the content?
